COVID-19 Response

Like many of you, we’ve spent the last few weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and watching how it is impacting our world. 

We have one goal, continue to keep you and our employees safe. Like many businesses, we’ve updated our practices and protocols to maintain proper social distancing. 

Each of our employees has access to sick leave and are always encouraged to use it when they are not feeling well. Additionally, some employees with risk factors are using phone and video conferencing solutions to support our workers in the field. 

At each of our three locations, we have new strict cleaning disinfecting protocols that expand to every personal space, truck, and tool! 

Prior to each technician visit, we will call ahead to make sure no one in the home is feeling sick if so, we will work on a rescheduled visit. When our technicians arrive, they will ask about the health of the people in the house, and once again, offer to reschedule if needed. 

We will continue to monitor the situation and do all we can to protect you and our employees.

A partial list of adjustments we’ve made to keep you and our family of employees safe:

  • Implemented one technician, one truck

  • Full disinfecting between shifts, truck, and tools

  • A new set of gloves being used at each location

  • A new set of booties being used at each location

  • We purify the air while performing service and installs

  • Maintaining 6 feet distance between employees and customers at all times (if for some reason this is not possible, the job will be postponed)

  • Suspended physical signatures on shared digital tablets

  • Ongoing reminders and safety training with staff
